Demoted threads

Here in lay those threads which have been demoted from Sticky or Announcment status. I reassigned them as 'normal'.
Should one be appropriate to promote again, please let me or another DM know.

I think the thread about The Den should be kept a sticky or something so people will see it (since it does not stand out in BSK) and so people will know who to contact. I found this on the forums and may not have found it in game necessarily.
Just a thought, because I was looking for it today and it took me some time to find it.

I agree, but while the Den is a great resource on the server, it is a player run entity. So while announcing it on the forums is fine, the proper longterm place for it is in the Guild Directory.
If we set a precident with one player run entity that allows it to have a permanent sticky on the General Discussion boards, other guilds will want that also.
Now.... If Guilds would like a sticky on the RP forums, I do not think that would be a problem and I would be happy to set it up.

Blackrose shuould stay a sticky so that everyone knows it is an area that isnt monitored. Wouldnt want to have another problem with someone, not knownig, getting pk'd ,and then posting about it.

Perhaps they should read the information provided. We shoudl not have to maintain multiple threads for every rule or bit of information that someone might whine about.

Just to give a warning:
I am going to demote all stickies and announcements to 'normal threads' soon that are left over from the NWN1 version of BSK.
This will remove much of the clutter at the top of the forum.
Anything you want to copy and not search for later.... do so soon.
