new weapon models are nice.. but geeze.. the heads and body phenos are UGLY as hell.
it looks like all the females have gained about 20 pounds.
and my cute elf now looks like a depressed and angry housewife.. LOL

I installed it, and my characters look ok.

On the second screenshot you can see that city guard also looks pretty good. But old farmer near blackstone city gate is still low resolution.

I don't believe Beamdog implemented this as an option because it is thinking about clients with weak computers.

Once the in-game video requirements were changed from OpenGL 2 to OpenGL 3 and many players had to pay to upgrade their hardware, I realized that Beamdog didn't care too much about the players.

So, the add-on kit is nothing more than a test version of the game component. If accepted by the players, it will be sent upstream.

I suspect Beamdog will keep this optional as they will ruin their mobile market of they increase the graphic requirements too much.
