BSK1 - Searching for Secrets

When the group of people that I play with isn't on I usually go exploring for new areas and secrets. Is increasing my Search skill for this a waste of points? A little hint would be nice :)

Search skill is good for finding traps. Hmmm ... I do know of a tomb where that would come in handy. There's a tome in the central wastes that might have more information.
