Socket Helm?

Socket Helm?
I bought a socketed helm on Sunday morning and to my surprise I was only able to put one socket on it! It said it was full after only one socket stone!!!! Is that helm bugged or is this something new???

Sounds like it has been reverted to how it was, prior to 1.69 / 2.1
