can a non-member -rent- a room for one night for like a rp meeting and/or party Den is a cool idea, but for me, i will not use it enough to justify the fee for membership... instead I wonder if players can use it more like a town center... on special days, non-members can throw parties in a safe place....

As it stands right now, you can only enter if you have a membership or a guest pass, so unfortunately, no, you can't just "rent" a room if you are not a member.
