Beware the beast that lurks in the water.
Went through some water, small shallow pond, in the Oasis and got that message. Wondering what that is about, anyone know? Nothing spawned as I waited a god while to see if anything would happen.

After moving on to other things, after a few times returning to a quest giver it popped out of the water, or land right by it/shore. reminded me of the illusion in the kobold caves very early in the game.
