Naming Pen

Something I miss from another module I've played is the ability to name items in inventory. For example I'd like to be able to change the name on a container from "Magic Bag" to "Arrows", or that on a wand from "Magic Wand" to "Bull's Strength". This is purely a quality of life improvement and changes nothing mechanically. In the module I'm thinking of this is enable using an unlimited use item called a naming quill.
