Outcast and Reg Creatures No loot drop

My Outcast is lvl 15 and havent get an loot drop from any regulary monsters.
Is this per design,bug or just bad luck.

Hi driller !
I have now a lvl 16, lvl 15 and a lvl 3 Outcast.
No loot from regular monsters, no loot from Sharpfang and Krazig, ( I have killed them many times).
But when I'm playing a non-Outcast chr, there is no problem with loot from reg monsters, Sharpfang and Krazig.
Well, It's not 100% from Sharpfang and Krazig, but I get loot from time to time with non-Outcast chr.
If you have the time, can you please look in to it ?
