I have noticed recently that sometimes when I use the /follow command I just don't follow, but push the person I am following all over the screen. The only time it stops pushing is if they are casting or fighting. I cannot reproduce the error consistently. Yesterday, I logged in and it was fine, then later that day it was bugged. Bugged after reset, then it was fine a couple hours later.
