Missing Vendor in Wandering Merchant area in Oasis

I have had it happen multiple times lately that the wandering merchant is not in the zone. I have see invis on as well, so its not that he is invisible.
Just thought you should know. Never find anything usable on it, but someone might someday.

Your not alone had this happen multiple times, just like he's gone on a tea break or something...

In fact, this merchant is not so useful to care about his absence.

He is exactly the same as Blackrose.

I suppose the main difference is that the Blackrose version is always there lol
