Repetitive crashes in Blackstone keep

For the past few days I've had recurring crashes in Blackstone keep. Today I seen many players who complain about crashes. I can't say where were characters, in Blackstone or not.
IMHO, it started two days ago after using the permanent chest near beggar. I found that the number of items in the chest became 0, but my chest was not empty. I picked all my items and saw a negative counter. I closed the chest and opened it again. Now the number of items in the empty chest was 0. After that, I put the items back in the chest and left.
A few minutes later I experienced the first serie of crashes. I returned to the chest and took my things again. There were no more crashes that day.
The next day, I was playing with a different character and using the chest again, and after that I met a serie of crashes on that character.
PS: I cannot guarantee that this is not a coincidence, but, very probably, issue is related to permanent chest.
