Are we supposed to delevel to 30 just to do it?
Is there anyway it can scale to the average level of the party so people don't have to relevel?

It seems like this is one place that is essential to getting a Xen rune.

I plan on adding something to Skyhaven for level 40 rune farming later.

I did make 3 or so level 30 characters for it. It is just really tough to get a group going for it.

Is it possible to add onto the town crier? Looking for Azul event?
