Transmuter Device, Purple Forge Stone

I was experimenting with results of forge stones and found something that seems to be a bug.
When I use certain forge stone on melee weapon I get Holy Avenger and class requirement of being a Paladin.
When using another certain forge stone on melee weapon I get random results. One of those results was Holy Avenger without any class
requirements.
This may not be an intended behavior.
Please do not spoil what forge stones do.
