IMHO, It is workaround. As I found, people forgot what is shared loot and can't manage it properly. I even can't imagine what is happening if all loot will be shared.

PS: It is so boring and disappointing to see.

Common loot management.

It is a little complicated, but it is focused to situation where all loot is common.

1. Party appoint one of its members to manage common loot.

2. All common loot have to be sold for best price and money have to be splitted between all party members.

3. In case if party member was useless in mission, party pay him/her this time, but do not invite next.

4. Teammate can leave his part of common loot to split it between another party members (donation).

4. In case if usefulness of item is much more as price and there are members who wants it, party starts it's internal auction. Received money have to be added to common cash and after are splited between all members, including winner.

5. As exception, team can gift some useful thing to its member (agreement of all party members is required).

6. In case of quest reward, like rune of recall. Party member have to declare his wish in start of mission. In case if party is agree, this member receive rune, but lose right to receive part in common share. In case if party is not agree, party member can leave party and wait for another in tomb or leave tomb.

6. Team leader is responsible for success of mission, but his/her permissions to manage money in party is (very) limited. As example, team leader can have 2 voices in voting (+1 for leadership) or / and +1 part in common share.

PS: It is easy and civil... Please don't accept LOT idea, that everything can be managed only in brute force way, means PvP. LOT are not humans, they are beasts and their methods are not applicable for society.
