No Final Boss on Hordes of the Underdark

Myself and seven others got to the boss wave on Hordes of the Underdark (cute name), but the final boss didn't spawn. So now we're just kinda languishing here until reset.
I think my biggest balancing feedback on the new horde level, is that basically all of the cleric-type mobs don't do anything. They just go into sanctuary and buff themselves until they run out of spells. And there's a lot of those sorts of enemies.
