There is nothing about it anywhere, how it activate, what's the requirement, what's the goal?

It tells you to type /join_war, after 5 minutes pass you will be jumped to a battlefield.

You will need to party up with your fellow Kazrites/Vorites and make the opposing team hostile. I will automate this soon.
