Quest log duplicating

This is a weird one, and my first time encountering it. First, the only thing my quest log says is the Shrine 1 quest. When I completed the starting quests, it would make multiple completion sounds but I would have no idea what was the next quest due to the log. Here is a screenshot. I am tempted to just delete the character and start a new one since its only lvl 2.

It's ok. J shows your quest journal and that's the one that matters.

Yeah, the J showed only Shrine 1 quest, before during and after any of the other quests. They never appeared at all on J list

Oh boogers.
I tried making a new character and it happened to him as well. Hopefully they will fix it

Try typing /init_journal.
