Shadowbane Armor

Hello,
I tried finding something about on other bug report topics, but couldn't find anything on it, if this were already addressed, i'm sorry. But it seems Shadowbane armor perk/passive isn't working yet, and i wanted to know if this is known and if its been worked on, thank you.
