Lost Journal, Waygates, Etc.

Lost all my journal, waygates, and Rune of Recall locations. I've checked a couple characters, and suspect it's all of my characters.

Noticed just now, 2/26/2021
I did have to reinstall my game yesterday.
Update: It appears a couple new characters I played after that reinstall are fine.
Characters on my alternate account are fine.

I’ve seen this happen before after a reinstall if you changed your log in name, May be case sensitive

Actually, I don't see much of a problem.
You have a lot of quests open to earn more experience and materials.
For some of my characters, I would like to be able to reset the quest list.

Your login name is not the same. It is case sensitive.
This is a left over from how Bioware used to track players. I will convert the db to use your CD key.
