Another inventory loss

I posted a week or two ago, that a bag of forge stones vanished from my inventory while/after I was crafting.
I spent most of yesterday crafting a halberd for my next golem.
I logged in after the server reset and it was gone. Not in inventory at all.
It was frustrating enough that I put the wizard on the shelf and started a new cleric.
Both issues have occurred around crafting efforts.
