Character Invalid flag

I tried to log in with my LOT troll Graaaaahk last night and was denied. It said invalid log in - Character Ability Score not Valid. Never seen anything like it. Surprised to see it pop up on a toon I have played a lot and one that is already level 40.

Get rid of any and all 2da files in your override folder and steam workshop mods.

yeah that did not do it. My overrrides file is now empty. All I have from steam was some portrait packs. I had CEP but I removed it
