Gulwyn quests does not appear in journal

I have "Azul Patriarch hand" quest from Gulwyn, but it is not showning in journal

From time to time I have the same ... The quest is accepted, but it is not in the list.
So, finalize the quest and go to Gulwyn for reward and new quest.

There was a bug introduced with the journal a few patches back. You can try /journal in the chat bar to reset it.
