This parchment was recently discovered in the Homestead region. As of yet, no one has deciphered it.

Halaster looking at a copy of the parchemin in his library:
"Well, even transcribe, it's just more giberish words pile up on top of another."

To no one in particular since he's alone in his study:
"I guess we must find out more, yes."

Halaster get up, pick his archmage staff floating beside him and tap the butt on the floor, teleporting himself elsewhere.

Khat scribbles down the gibberish and finds a cozy place to begin her analysis.
Absently drumming her fingertips atop the page as she counts. "Ah" she laughs and nods to herself, finishing her decryption.
Pleased with her results, she glances about. Noticing the hour she retorts "Time for some fun" to no one in particular.
Then closes the journal, tucks it into her bags, and heads on her way.

A group of adventurers are seen huddling around a room with the secret message parchment that has been widely heard across Blackstone. "Alright dwarf, it's my turn!", one adventurer says as they snatch it out of the hands of the other. The adventurer then starts to study the parchment. With all the commotion, the group of adventurers doesn't notice a sudden evil presence entering the room. The room gets suddenly quiet. You can then hear very faint whispers and murmurs. Eyes start to look down at the floor as to not make eye contact with ..... Her. All but the group has realized what is going on. Sway approaches the adventurer holding up the parchment, as if they're trying to see if theres a hidden secret that light exposes. With one swift move, Sway slices the adventurers forearm off with her kama and catches it midair with the parchment still in the adventurers' hand. The adventurer screams with agony as he and the others run away with great fear. Sway grabs the parchment out of the limp hand and throws the severed arm across the room. Sway takes the parchment up to a wall and strikes it, pinning the parchment to the wall with her bloody kama. With blood dripping down the parchment, Sway takes a one second glance at the parchment then closes her eyes. She's in deep thought, as if she's working out the meaning of this parchment all within her mind. Suddenly, she opens her eyes and grins. She then pulls a small blank scroll out of her pocket. She reaches her hand to the side of her and says very sternly "Pen." A random man walks over slowly, with a quill pen in hand and hands it to her. He managed to do this all while looking at the ground. Using the rest of the blood from the kama, Sway writes at the top of the blank scroll "Shopping list" and underlines it.
