I deleted my previous toon that needed DM assistance to get off the boat - messed up the build.
Created a new toon and now on the boat there are no options to choose a subrace or enter the city.
If it can be told - when will a DM be on to get me off the boat and remove the extra entry items?

Think you might want to take a look at the thread called *Boat bug" and/or perhaps try recreating your character from scratch with a completely different name... Oddly my similar situation corrected itself like 2 days later... Seems Beamdog are messing around with things in my opinion anyway...

What is your account/character name? What options do you have when you click the portal?

What happens when you choose pick a deity?

That worked. Just had to choose the pick and then the other options showed up.
