DAMAGE BEFORE ## ??

Am getting a lot of this DAMAGE BEFORE notification in my action log seems it is followed by a number ranging from (lowest) -1 to over (highest) 300 especially when I log in it goes on and on for an age then will just stop like 20 or so minutes later ... Not sure what is causing this but suggests to me it is tied to the server heart beat code ...
