Agnar the Dracolich King

They seems to me an issue with this fight. Me and several other players FPS drop to 6-8 about half way through the fight. It seems like its something to do with Storm of Vengeance and the dracolich. Storm does not drop fps on other fights, but on dracolich it seems to get worse when it is cast.
