Devastating Critical vs Overwhelming Critical

Hi i am new here, but i gotta say i love this place.
My question is about Devastating Critical vs Overwhelming Critical.
Does Devastating Critical override/replace the effects of Overwhelming Critical, or does it compound them?

it stack with one another.
also devastating critical been change a bit on bsk, it add damage, it doesn't kill you if you fail a saving throw

just so i understand a bit more, there is no save for OC, but there is one for DC, correct?

sorry for all the questions here...
because BSK modified dev crit, thats why they stack, correct?
if BSK hadn't modified Dev Crit, then which scenario would take place...
A) player scores a dev crit, and monster makes save, so OC takes effect...
b) player scores a dev crit, and monster makes save, so monster takes normal damage (no crit applied)...
i have never really understood how this works so sorry for the questions

Scenario A would happen, the DC Fort save and OC Massive Criticals are completely separate.
On BSK Dev Crit has been modified to double physical damage after all bonuses (including OC Massive Criticals and any physical bonus damage) but before DI/DR reduces the damage.
