One area of the Underdark has been inaccessible from any area transtion that is supposed to lead to it.
Gridwise, I would call it A4.
Or, the area immediately east of "Citadel Entrance" and directly west of "Grisly Grotto."
First noticed yesterday. It's still occurring after a reset.
