Server not on list

Is the server down for maintenance? I do not see it on the list. I was playing earlier today with no problem

no, tried with the 2 accounts. it say "connection to server failed" on both

Hard crash happened a few minutes ago, the server went dark.

Once more, the server is hiding itself. not on the list, cannot direct connect either.
