Permanently Spell Stacked

Hi Driller,

This one is an odd one. We were making some scrolls earlier and I'm not sure how it happened but my character suffered a case of being permanently Spell stacked.

I've tried resting, re-logging, waiting, switching maps, getting killed. The spell stack remains on Chase Blackdagger.

Also, what are your thoughts on removing spell stacking altogether for non-dps type spells? Like timestop?
Or at least allow them to be scribed without being affected by the script?

craft in the arena, it's risky a bit but way faster and all.
personally, time stop should stay as it is, it prevent all the cheesiness in pvp.

I added a check on login. After the reset, if this happens again, relog.
