Draco & Witch

Draco - - I meant to post this yesterday.... but we went back there again today without reason to celebrate for our efforts
About 8 players including myself went to pay a visit to Draco today, after killing all the liches and lich lords we proceeded to take on Draco. We bashed him for about 30 minutes and there was no changed to his status... (Uninjured).
We found that the liches and lich lords respawned so feel we didn't actually need to kill all of them... we then moved Draco to different places within the areas and still we could not damage him.. we persisted for well over and hour each time but we would up retreating...
Are we missing something?
Witch - - We battled the witch today and succeeded in killing her but she didn't drop loot, nor did an exit portal appear
