Mercy is fixed. I don't see anything wrong with the Lich weapon. Are you attacking mobs? They are not PvP weapons.

Yes I am. I don't see cold damage stacking at all.

I see all the Lich weapons firing for other players. What is your login and PC name that is using it?

After adding a perk stone to lich king rapier, the snowball script wont trigger anymore.

Should have added warning, because now I wasted a pretty good and rare weapon, unless you can somehow reset it?
