Absent Astral Witch

I tried the Witch with a party today but the Witch and Champions were absent from the Throne Room. The run up worked normally but no NPCs loaded in the Throne Room. We tried multiple instances and got the same result.

Did the person who clicked the door(creating the instance) to the Astral Throne already complete it beforehand?

We partied together since reset so there was no chance for any of us to have already done it.

This is probably an NWN glitch. We will have to wait until after the reset to see if it clears.
