I have done the first shrine twice and it does not show as completed. I also completed shrine 2 but it does not show in the journal. I do have shrine 3 as needing to be done.

Did the first through to the fifth shrines, except the second shrine since it was "completed", and they were all deleted after he reset. Save the second shrine. It was again saved as completed.

I don't know if it matters, but this toon was previously deleted and restored.

I also did "/save" after completing each shrine and did check my journal.

Gulwyn has also forgotten the three quests I completed for her.

I will look into it.

Happened the same to me. From 2 or 3 days ago with every restart I'm on the same point at quests. I have to repeat Guldwin and Advisor Tomb's quests again and again...

Is this still happening?

Any lingering journal/quest issues will be resolved after the next reset.
