Skyhaven in quest log?

Would it be possible to have the journal update with what you need to get access to skyhaven? I mean during the process just a note of what you have completed. When playing multiple toons its hard to keep track of who needs what.

Also for troubleshooting purposes. I have a toon that I am sure has completed all 3 steps yet skyhaven doesnt even show up for me as an option.
