Contest for high-end farming/grinding area?

I now have 9 toons at level 40 or almost. Common theme is I can solo all the way up to the final two quests, then I need to find a party. If I can't, such as the other day when we were three players and DM Eaze online, all that's left is basically Umgah's.

Could we have an alternative to Umgah's? Another high-end area, where you are able to solo and get some decent loot.
Since I guess driller is busy with all our other antics, perhaps we could have an area-building contest. Someone or several someones build an area or two and send them in. driller then can decide on the winner, add the proper scripting and encounters and add it to the world somewhere around oasis or underdark. Or even someplace completely different and unexpected (without a convoluted portal to unlock it).

The goal is to provide an alternative to Umgah's, not to replace it. I like Umgah's.
