Well... I could, but here's the thing. According to tradition and the wishes of the guy who owns the world, you're supposed to find out in game, not on the forums.
When you accept a quest, you get instructions on how to achieve your goal. If that is not sufficient, you're supposed to ask other players in game and find out. Since there is no enforced RP on this server, you can either ask in character or out of character.

Explore Marvale, take the ship to Marvale by talking to Captain Zim at the docks. This is explained in the quest.
