Okay cool. How about a Skill bonus forge stone there's like a 1/25 chance of you getting what you would want, but also opens the door to remove skill/decrease from items. Fire opal seems like a good vacant stone

Also, I believe that changing the Forge to overwrite will fix most of these issues. (This is currently in effect for blues at the moment.)
