A "Builds" section on the forums

Just what the title says. I am not a builder and use other peoples builds. I am sure I am not the only one. Maybe have a format setup that has to be used.

Most builds on taptalk are tailored towards WoG server and I almost messed up my wm because of it. The builds section here would be for player that play here and tailored for BSK.

Plus the builds that are here are scattered through general forums and hard to find.
