Add hood in helms skin

Is it possible to add hood in helmet's skin at the Tailor ?

Unfortunately, I know of no way to do this without adding a hak file.

Édit : so strange...Yesterday, i changed the skin of my helmet. Among the differents skin's options, there was an hood.
Today, this hood disappeared. I have an other skin and cannot choice hood at the emporium...

There is no way to change heads on your character with the current system. Helmets are heads btw.
