Adding "keen" to a weapon...

There's a dwarven forgemaster in Blackstone that can add enchantment bonus to weapons (+5 enchanted bonus, for example).

Can he also add keen? Or do I need to look into forge stones?

So, that dwarven forgemaster in the keep... Does he do anything OTHER than enchantment bonuses? Or is he a one trick blacksmith?

from what ive seen he is 1 trick however he is excellent at that trick and can add that 5enhancement bonus to weapons you can not as a crafter

He used to do more but has somehow forgotten his trade.

He's dwarf so maybe the ale is getting to him finally.
