New Helms and Hoods

With the demise of the BSK Helm to 10% immunity perhaps adding two other helms might be nice and add some balance. Add a 10% immunity bash helm and a 10% immunity pierce helm, both dropped like the BSK Hood. Have the Bugbears (not really) drop one and say the ogres (again not really) drop the other. Another suggestion is that the Umgahs drop a two socket hem that has a random stat on it.
