Inventory: Mystery item spawning

Every now and then I get a random box with a ? in it thrown into my inventory. It's called a creature skin. Not sure if this is just a NWN2 bug or something that BSK2 is doing.

Also every time I log in I get another Adventurers Book. Free 1gp, I know, but still, I doubt it's supposed to be doing that.
