Strange Character Bug

Had a strange bug with a character I have been playing. Basically I had a cleric with a base wisdom of 18 at lvl 1, had been raising it to lvl 20 at the moment, logged on and now have 18 base int, with a lower wis. I still have all the spell slots I normally would with the high wis, but only have lvl 7 spells. Is there any way that someone could look at this or even transfer the xp to another char to re-lvl?
