My toon Smiler Grogan has 2 daggers, one with daze and the other with vampiric regen. Neither work for him when he wields them offhand. He has ranger levels. I xfered the daze dagger to another toon and it works fine off hand, meaning monster make a daze check. Help!!
Oh, this is also the toon I am having trouble with the ice dragon and kobold quests.

SUCCESS!!! There was something in my override folder. I got the clue when I put a thread about this on the Bioware site. I had installed the NWCQ graphic, same one causing people to crash when entering the umgah inne sanctum. I rolled my overide back to pre-NWNCQ and it works!! Woohoo!!
