Torches/Light sources for Human /non-magic users

Perhaps the shops could sale torches or lanterns for human/non-magic characters to purchase.

Torches would be nice... "Lesser Clubs of Fire" that are very bright would be awesome, too.

Correct me if im wrong but i believe Akon sells torches. Its getting in his shop thats the problem^^

Yes Akon sales them but by then your character doesn't NEED them. Mainly torches are needed by low level charcters. So as such should be offered in the lower level shops. (Or you can buy the one on the bulletin board for 2k gold, SHEESH!)

server economy forces those prices simply because there is no other way of aquireing these items.

It would be cool if the first four levels of the mines had no torches on the walls. Cannot goblins see in ther dark? And if the map function was disabled like it used to be in the kobold area, that would be very creepy. Torches would then be needed.

And why is there light aty all in the spider cave? This would make things much more interesting...

All good ideas for Rp. I personally believe there is light in these areas to try and iluminate when a Lag Monster approaches. LOL.

Why should torches be available ? also why should +5 items be craftable. This diminishes the power of clerics and wizards.
I say, if the class doesnt permit it, then suffer. Surely the same argument applies as it does for Haste items.... ??

torches or lanterns would be a nice, and would be a very common items like clothes and food.
Not like torches and lantern are "rocket science" Fire on a stick and Fire in Box. lol
I'm not sure why driller doesn't have them in the normal merchants.
