Animal Form not earning xp

My daughter was running around with me playing her druid and killing monsters... in animal form. She was getting a message like "this character cannot gain xp until she levels up." She had just gained a level and did not need to level up. I turned her back into her normal form and then checked her xp. The message was correct... she was not getting xp. In normal form, she was earning xp just fine.

I just checked this again with an elemental form of fire, and upon killing a monster that I had been getting 25xp for, I got the message about a character cannot gain xp until he levels up. When I exited the elemental form, true enough, I had not earned any xp.

The warlock devil form also does not earn xp.

this has been a long standing issue.. i made a thread about it long ago myself and had included screen shots etc. really was crappy to because i wanted to be able to run around as a dragon with a dragon familiar and kill things but the game nerfs me whenever i change into an animal form. making it impossible to explore high level areas. or RP in them.

let me also say.. that if these problems were fixed... i would GLADLY reinstall the game and log back in and start playing again with all the people who still play.. it was fun when there were other people on the server LOL.

Warlocks word of changing.
When my Warlock uses word of changing and fights, I get a message that I must lvl up before I can get any more xp.

Have you tried this lately? It should have been fixed when I did the animal forms.
Please let me know.

I have tried my Warlock and the problem is still there.
No xp when fighting.
