Timed Out?

This is strange. It looks like the server has timed out. It says so when i try to log in yet I see 1/16 people on the server. Its doing the same for Baldurs Gate and the other servers too. It acting like they available because obviously I see people online but its not letting people in.

The chat room had people in it with similar problems. Now when I go to my favorites servers tab and the history tab it shows all servers as being offline but when I go to the internet tab then it shows people online. Which one is it?

Any idea why this is happening?
