Orb of Undead Quest Bug

-2 party members each take turns to destroy the Orb of the Undead.
-1st party member reports the victory first and both party members get a reward when this happens.
-2nd party member talks to Gleanna and she acts like the 2nd party member did not complete the quest and is unable to start the following quest.
Please fix Gleanna so that she will either not give quest rewards to other party members and lets them report their victories seperately or fix her so that she recognizes that the party members who did not report victory to her first had already finished her first quest. Thanks.
