Art mine eyes decieving me. Has the lvl cap really been raised to 40. What an excellent change. I wonder who sugested that. =D>

Level 30 is as high as you can go in NWN2.

why do some servers have listed 1-40? Are they just trying to get peoples hopes up. Is it possible to do on BSK?

It is the default setting, probably left over from NWN1. It is the same engine.
